At the time of bone marrow transplantation (BMT) 13 patients were in relapse, I patient in 3d Complete Remission (CR), 7 patients in 2d CR, 37 patients in Ist CR or ist ehrenie phase of CML. Patients were divided in two groups aeeording to the~ status at the time of BMT : patients in Ist or 2d CR and ist ehrenie phase of CML were defined with "standard neoplasie risk" ; patients in other situations were defined with "high neoplasie risk". METHODS - All patients were conditionned by Cyelophosphamide 60mg/kgx2 followed by TBI in different regimens.
